Yes, it works!

This is a vintage home telephone with a rotary dial. The problem some of the old phones have, is the signal they put out is "pulse" and it needs to be converted to a "tone" signal.

That's what the black box is for, that's shown in the #3 photo. It's a brand new "pluse/tone converter box" that is included for you.

Very simple to use. You just take the phone line "in" from the wall jack and another line "out" to the phone. The instructions are on the box itself along with an 1-800-number and it's also online if you need help.

This phone will look so cool in your Retro Kitchen...Picture it now!

The phone works great and looks good. There are a few scratches and stuff but hey...... it's 44 years old and for a vintage phone, it's in good shape.

The phone measures approx 13"T X 6" base diameter.
